Do you feel like you are moving through life on auto-pilot? Has stress become your default way of living? If so, join health coach Lisa Zimmerman, and take a proactive role in your health and well-being by cultivating the inner resources that lead to greater psychological strength and resilience. A meditation exercise is included in the program.
